Kerry Washington is a first-time mother!
Sources confirm to TMZ that the Scandal star and husband Nnamdi Asomugha. quietly welcomed a girl into the world about two weeks ago.
The blessed event took place on April 21 and the baby’s name is Isabelle, though neither Washington nor Asomugha have confirmed as of yet; they are notoriously private.
They shocked the celebrity gossip world in July by announcing they had wed a week earlier in a small ceremony in Idaho.
There’s nothing subtle about Washington’s terrific performance on the aforementioned ABC hit, however.
